Nita Li – Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours)

Nita graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). She gained valuable experience during final year placements in different settings, such as tertiary hospitals, aged care facilities and private clinic. 

Nita is very passionate about understanding patients’ concerns and developing individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals. She believes in the power of teamwork and actively collaborates with her patients to support them throughout their recovery journey.  

Nita has a clinical focus on treating musculoskeletal conditions, such as lower back pain. Her treatment techniques include manual therapy, exercise prescription, taping, dry needling, electrotherapy (ultrasound, TENs, IFT, low-level laser, heat therapy) etc. She also has a keen interest in exercises, specifically Pilates. She recognizes the significant impact of incorporating therapeutic exercises into her patients’ rehabilitation programs to optimize their outcomes.   

In her spare time, Nita enjoys spending time with her cat, doing exercises and making desserts.  

Nita speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
